Tina has significant experience of working in both the private and public sector in a variety of roles including operational and
latterly strategic director level posts. Nurse Fellowship at the RCN, Assistant Director of Training and Development and Assistant Director of
Patient and Nursing Services in a large acute trust. She set up her own company, ECLM - coaching, leadership and management
development company as well as providing health and social caretraining and development.
Tina’s work focuses on change and reform in and across organisations. An energetic and enthusiastic facilitator – bringing
constructive challenge and support to all
her projects. She has particular expertise in the design and delivery of organisational development programmes including, executive, individual and team coaching as well as a range of bespoke health
and social care based training. Tina also provides independent investigatory services into complaints, whistleblowing and harassment and grievance cases to both the public, local government,
education and private sectors.
This work spans national and local delivery and includes working in politically sensitive, complex settings.
Tina works with boards and senior teams designing interventions to support changes in services, culture and leadership.
Clients include the NHS, local government,
the education and individual contracted clients.
