The evaluation and inspection of our services , the development of policies and procedures and then staff training, with an agreed reaudit in 6 months, I cannot fault the service from ECLM Ltd.

Really knowledgeable, excellent change management skills, very personable, ALL staff reported feeling motivated by Tina's leadership skills.   The service has changed and improved so much  in the 4 months its amazing.
